So dnm and I and other Hundrads have been debating creating hacker space in D.C. for awhile. Nick Farr, et al. beat us to it and you gotta flove it. Fuckin’ organized, non-profit, and EVERYthing. Right on, we say, since a $4k/month lease on some SOHO space over a Subway was SO not happening anytime soon.
